• Advantages and Conditions

The heating shrinkable sleeve has the characteristics of less equipment, short operation time, convenient operation, low cost and so on. However, it can not be used in large diameter pipes, because the diameter of the pipe increases, the soil friction will increase significantly. The ability of the corresponding shrink band to resist the shear of the soil is reduced, and the joint tightness cannot be guaranteed for a long time.

• The Quality Judgment Basis and Recommendation of The Joint:

The connector PE is not polarized by the corona: the PE shell cannot be closely integrated with the PUR insulation. With the movement of the pipe, the joint PE will eventually completely disengage from the inside of the cavity. The joint from the PUR-bound joint and the soil will increase the damage to the heat-shrinkable tape. Shrinkable tape performance: If the shrinkable tape fails to meet the long-term bond seal, the joint leak will be lost. It is recommended to use the shrinkable tape produced by the manufacturer with the authority and the quality guarantee. The property of the PUR foaming material: the density and strength of the PUR foam at the interface are not enough, the trinity structure of the pipeline cannot be guaranteed, the PE shell is deformed when the soil is pressed by the soil, the heat of the joint is large, the operation temperature of the PE shell is relatively high, the aging is accelerated, and so on. It is recommended to strictly comply with the GB/ T29047 standard.
